Welcome to Moscow, the capital of Russia and home of some of the tastiest caviar in the world. The temperatures may drop during the winter, but the competition to see who can bake the tastiest vatrushka or prepare the most mouth-watering sturgeon is always fierce. Use this travel guide to learn about the different dishes you’ll be preparing, what it will cost to make your restaurants top notch, and how to charm even the most demanding customer.
Sandwich stand
Our first stop will be a sandwhich stand by the ice rink, where you'll be serving up some warm bites to eat for our chilly customers! Here's what's on the menu:
- Dumplings

- Rye bread sandwich with butter
- Rye bread sandwich with butter & cheese

Dumplings
A delicious plate of dumplings is a perfect way to finish a day spent frolicking in the snow and taking in the grandeur of St. Basil's Cathedral. To whip up a plate:
- Tap on the container of dumplings under the counter in the center. This will move them to the dumpling pot above.
- Tap on the pot when the dumplings are done cooking to plate them.
- Tap on the plate to serve the customer.
Some customers will want sides with their dumplings. This includes ketchup and greens. Simply tap on either, located under the counter in the middle, to the right of the dumpling container, to add them to the plate.
Sandwiches
Many European countries serve sandwiches open-faced, meaning that there is no top slice of bread. Russia is no stranger to this. You'll be using 2 different kinds of bread: rye bread and white bread. To serve your sandwiches:
- Tap on the requested bread located under the counter to the left. This will start slicing the bread.
- the sliced bread will plated above. Tap the butter located next to the bread under the counter to butter the slices above.
- Tap the plate to serve your buttered bread to the customer.
While bread and butter were made to go together, adding more toppings to the sandwiches only makes them more delicious. We have the option to add cheese, sausage, and salmon. There's no need to prep, so just tap on the toppings located on the left on the counter.
Vatrushka
Vatrushka is an Eastern European pastry, formed as a ring of dough with cheese, called quark, in the middle. These are perfect for your customers here at the ice rink! To make one:
- Tap on the vatrushka oven located under the counter on the right. This will start baking the dough.
- Once it's baked, the vatrushka will automatically appear on the counter. Tap on it to serve the customer.
Kissel
Both a dessert and a drink, kissel is a treat made from berry juice thickened with potato starch, arrowroot, or cornstarch. Kissel can be served either hot or cold, but here you're going to help warm your customers up with nice, hot cup! Just tap on the glass located on the counter to the right.
Tips & tricks
The kissel drink glasses refill automatically. Once the vatrushka oven has been tapped, the vatrushka will automatically appear on the countertop. These two dishes are the easiest way to make a five-dish combo. Wait until several customers have ordered kissel and vatrushka, then tap the respective dishes in quick succession.
It costs the same amount (1,500 coins) to upgrade the dumplings and the bread for the first time. However, upgrading the dumplings will help you go from earning 8 coins per serving to earning 12 coins per serving. Upgrading the bread will only help you go from earning 3 coins per slice to earning 5 coins per slice.
Tavern
After being out in the brisk Siberian cold, your customers will want to warm up in a cozy tavern. Nothing beats the cold than defrosting by a soothing fire. They'll be craving something delicious after a busy day in beautiful Moscow! Here's the menu:

Roast pork
Pork is very commonly used in Eastern European cuisine. a classic of this would be roast pork. To make roast pork:
- Tap the wrapped up pork located under the counter to the right. This will move pork to the oven.
- Preparing roast pork introduced a new mechanic in Cooking Craze. halfway through roasting the pork needs to be flipped. Tap the pork when the circular arrow appears to flip it over.
- Tap the pork once it's finished roasting to place it on the platter above.
- Tap the platter to serve the customer.
Customers have the option to ask fro sides with their roast pork. This includes beets, onions, and tomatoes. These don't require any prep, and can be added by tapping on the requested side from the middle row on the counter.
Porridge & stew
All sorts of delicious porridge and stews can be prepared in a pechka, a type of Russian oven and furnace.
To make millet porridge:
- Tap the millet located under the counter on the left. This will move the millet into the oven in front of it.
- Once the millet has finished cooking, tap it to move it to the counter above.
- Tap the porridge to serve it to the customer.
Millet porridge can be served with pumpkin. To add pumpkin to the order, simply tap it on the plate to the left on the counter.
To make buckwheat porridge:
- Tap on the buckwheat located next to the millet under the counter to the left. This will move the buckwheat to the oven.
- Once the buckwheat has finished cooking, tap it to move it to the counter above.
- Tap the porridge to serve it to the customer.
Buckwheat porridge can be served with mushrooms. To add mushrooms to the order, simply tap it on the plate closest to you above the oven.
To make meat stew:
- Tap on the bowl of meat located next to the millet under the counter to the right. This will move the meat to the oven.
- Once the meat is finished cooking, tap it to move it to the counter above.
- Tap the meat stew once more to serve the customer.
Meat stew can be served with pickles. Simply tap on the pickles located on the counter to the left to add them to the stew.
Borscht
A sour soup commonly consumed in Eastern Europe and across Russia, borscht uses beetroot as one of the main ingredients which gives the dish its distinctive red color! To make a warm bowl:
- Tap the borscht pan located in the lower right corner under the counter to start preparing the stew.
- When the borscht is finished cooking, tap the pan again to move the soup to a bowl.
- Tap the bowl to serve your customer.
Customers can ask for some yummy additions to their soup! The additions are sour cream, rye crouton slices, and pork cubes. To add them to the borscht, just tap on the ingredient from the bowls on the right side of the counter.
Sbiten honey drink
Sbiten is served hot, commonly in the freezing winters, and can be either sweet or spicy! To serve a nice hot cup, simply tap on the glass located on the top of the counter to the right.
Tips & tricks
Once the pork has been put into the pork oven to roast, before it is tapped to turn it over, it won’t burn. The pork will only burn once it’s been turned over. So, if you get distracted, don’t worry about the dish being ruined.
Since borsht and the sbiten honey drink refill automatically (albeit, in the former’s case, once the borsht pan has been tapped), serving those dishes is the easiest way to make a five-dish combo.
The pechka oven and the counter top can respectively hold up to three dishes at a time.
Bistro
A pleasant Russian bistro is the perfect way to wrap up your time in Moscow. Customers can enjoy a lovely meal as they warm up from the Siberian chill outside! Your menu includes:
- Sturgeon
- Sturgeon with boiled potatoes
- Sturgeon with grapefruit
- Sturgeon with boiled potatoes & grapefruit
- Blini
- Blini with white caviar
- Blini with red caviar
- Blini with black caviar
- Blini with white caviar & red caviar
- Blini with red caviar & black caviar
- Baked apple
- Baked apple with raspberries
- Tea
Sturgeon
Sturgeon is a type of fish that can grow up to 24 feet in length! Luckily, you won't be serving massive plates at that size, and will be catering to more "personal" sized orders. To serve up some sturgeon:
- Tap the sauce located under the counter to the left to add it to the sturgeon.
- Tap the sturgeon located to the left of the sauce to move it to the oven.
- When the sturgeon is done cooking, tap on the oven to move the sturgeon to a plate.
- Tap the plate to serve the customer.
A tasty serving of sturgeon can also come with sides. The sides are oiled potatoes and grapefruit. To add either of these, just tap on their plates located on top of the counter above the raw sturgeon.
Blini
Who doesn't love pancakes? Blini is a Russian pancake usually made with wheat or buckwheat flour. It can be served with either sweet or salty toppings, you'll be serving them with more savory toppings. To make blini:
- Tap on the blini batter located under the counter to the left. This will start cooking blini in the pan above.
- Tap on the pan once the blini is done cooking on one side. This will turn the blini over to cook the other side.
- Once both sides are cooked, tap the pan one more time to plate it.
- Tap the plate to serve the customer.
Customers can order blini with some toppings. Red caviar, white caviar and black caviar. To add this topping, just tap on the caviar located on top of the counter in the center.
Baked apples
Customers who want to finish their meals with a dessert can order baked apples. To get a warm order ready:
- Tap the apple oven located in the corner under the counter to the right.
- Tap the oven when the apple is done baking to move it to a plate.
- Tap the plate to serve the customer.
This sweet treat can be served with an additional garnish: raspberries. To add raspberries to an order of baked apple, just tap the raspberry bowl located on top of the counter on the right in front of the apples.
Tea
Tea can be an excellent drink to have with a heavy dinner. Or perhaps just to warm up from the chill outside! To serve a cup of tea tap the samovar located on the counter on the right.
Tips & tricks
The touch point for the samovar is very precise; it can take a few taps to serve the tea.
Before it’s flipped over, a blini won’t burn. You can leave a blini in the pan for as long as you want before flipping it over, and you won’t have to worry about ruining the dish.
Upgrading the sturgeon and the tea cups will net you a better profit than upgrading the blini batter.
